Break the patterns holding you back and finally move forward

Trauma Specialist working with the Mind, Body, and Breath based in Bromley South, Kent

Hello I am Nicole and welcome to my website.

Many people who come to work with me look like they’re coping on the outside, but underneath, they’re dealing with a constant state of anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, overthinking or patterns they can’t seem to change. Often, they’ve explored traditional therapy, which is helpful, but still feel something is missing. This is because stress and unresolved trauma are not just thoughts to be managed; they are experiences held deeply within the nervous system, the body, and the breath.

Does this sound familiar?

Do you experience being frequently triggered, overwhelming anxiety, or total emotional shutdown? These are often more than just moods; they are survival responses. While these reactions once provided protection, they can now manifest as persistent exhaustion, overthinking, sleep disturbances, chronic physical tension or illness. Over time, these impact our day to day lives and our relationships,

When the nervous system is out of balance, it’s common to feel disconnected or trapped in repeating cycles that fuel negative self-beliefs and shame. By understanding these physiological responses, it becomes possible to navigate emotions differently, moving beyond survival mode toward clarity and lasting change.

How I Help

With twenty years of experience, I integrate specialist trauma psychotherapy, EMDR, and conscious connected breathwork with compassionate inquiry and shamanic healing. Rather than separate methods, I blend these intuitively to meet your needs.

Together, we’ll decode your nervous system and bridge the gap between your mind and body. We're moving away from 'what's wrong with me?' and toward a deep, compassionate understanding of how you've survived. By integrating these experiences at your own pace, you’ll reclaim your voice, build lasting resilience, move forward with clarity and lay the foundation for lasting change.

My personal journey

My passion for trauma healing began with my own recovery over twenty years ago. At that time, while I appeared successful to the outside world, I was privately struggling with panic attacks, anger, depression, and a drive to overwork. I relied on unhealthy coping behaviours just to manage the intensity of what I was feeling, often feeling powerless and confused by my own reactions and emotions.

It was through my own therapy and a deep dive into nervous system education that the pieces finally began to fit together. I started to recognise that my "flaws" were actually survival responses. I saw how my anger was a defence against being triggered, and how I used work to prove I was "good enough" I could see how my unresolved childhood trauma was showing up in my present life.  Understanding this changed everything; it moved me from a place of self judgment to one of compassion and clarity.

Every modality I offer in my practice is one I have personally experienced and integrated. For me, this is far more than a career; I am as deeply inspired by this work today as I was the day I began. I have walked this path and seen firsthand how others can recover, find inner peace, and claim a life of genuine fulfilment. My greatest joy is witnessing my clients reconnect with their true selves, build resilience, and gain the power to build the lives they truly want.

Kind words

  • “I worked with Nicole for a couple of years. I had no idea how much my body was holding from the past. Nicole has the skills to get to the core of these issues. Although at times therapy has been difficult, I have never felt alone. Nicole is with you every step of the way.”

  • “Thank you, Nicole, for an amazing healing retreat with you in September 2019. You have a gentle way that gave me the confidence to open up about things I’d carried around for years. On top of my personal journey, Nicole was supportive of everyone with her soothing presence and sense of humour.”

  • “Through working with Nicole, I feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded. My experiences finally make sense, and I no longer feel trapped in the patterns that once controlled me. Most importantly, I feel stronger and more present, not just for myself but for my children too.”
